A lot of SHG’s are formed every year but very few of them are sustained. Almost 80% of SHG are closed in the first year of formation. There is a huge population which comes under SHG, who needs proper information and mentoring.
SHG face huge problems to start and sustain the activity. Those problems include struggle to access the right kind of information required for running the activity, getting adequate skillset training, procuring the right demands in the market, getting feedbacks from customers and to gain revenue on the same.
